Red Savannah – Luxury Tour Operator Launches November 2011
George Morgan Grenville, former executive of Abercrombie and Kent, now owns a luxury tour operation under the name of Red Savannah, after his trademarked name, White Savannah during his stint in A&K, will be launched this autumn or on November 6.
Red Savannah – A new adventure
Based in Cheltenham, England, George Grenville has found a new venture in a tour operation that caters to the upper class market. Tours will be held in 7 African and Asian countries such as Botswana, Tanzania, Congo, Morocco, Burma, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. There would also be villa rentals in some European countries such as Spain, France, Italy, the United Kingdom and ski cottages for the Swiss trips. If the first phase will be successful, Grenville will gradually venture out to world travel services such as spa holidays and add more countries. He has already created travel industry jobs with 10 staffs coming from his previous company and other travel agent course.
Red Savannah – Objectives and Goals
According to Grenville, he wants to make a business that would not create bigger volumes of clients. He specifically points out that the business markets luxury tours, so guests would likely coming from the upper class. He also stressed out that he wants his clients to have that great travel experience which have been commercialized these days with over millions of travel industry services being made every year. When clients want to have that great experience, he wants it to be great. No Ritz-Carlton, no unnecessary trips, just pure experience, barefoot luxury.
